Sylvia Chen
Sylvia is an independent policy advisor in Berlin, advising international businesses on diverse trade policy questions. In 2019-2020, she was one of the Robert Bosch Foundation Fellowship recipients, for which she examined the transatlantic dimension of China trade matters while working at the German Ministry of Economics and Energy and Bosch GmbH. Before moving to Germany, she worked as a trade attorney in a law firm in Washington, DC. Her practice focused extensively on antidumping and countervailing duty cases, US trade policy developments, and customs matters.
