Kugler Kholofelo
Kholofelo Kugler is an international trade lawyer who works at the Advisory Centre on WTO Law in Geneva, Switzerland. She represents member states in WTO disputes and provides legal advice and training on WTO law. She is also a visiting Research Fellow at the law school of the University of the Witwatersrand (Wits), South Africa.
Kholofelo previously worked at WTI Advisors in Geneva where she provided trade policy advice and technical assistance to developing countries on WTO matters and was a Research Assistant at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, Germany. She started her legal career at the commercial law firm Bowmans in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Kholofelo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and International Politics (UNISA), an LLB degree, cum laude (Wits), and a Master’s degree in International Law and Economics, summa cum laude (University of Bern). She is an admitted attorney in South Africa.
