I'm an independent consulting working in the United States. I'm an agricultural economist with a focus on international trade, trade policy, and food security.

Who do you look up to in the trade world and why? We would love to know the women trade expert that inspire you!

Before joining TE, I would have said Darcy Vetter and Hanna Norberg. I took a page from Hanna's book and fangirled here and here we are today!

In a couple of lines, share with us what inspires you to be part of the TradeExperettes community. Or What is your favorite thing about your career?

Access to an incredible wealth of knowledge. Behind the scene networks are really powerful, that's why the good-ole boy clubs still exist.

What career advice would you give to your younger self? What tips can you give to someone trying to pursue a career in trade?

Don't be afraid to talk to new people. You can always be a good listener! Most people just want to be heard and you can learn something.
