Fun Fact:

  • I love cooking, trying new food, meeting new people, and solo traveling.

  • As a graduate in the pandemic era, my first employment year was entirely remote, allowing me to embrace it all—connecting with new people, tasting different foods, and travelling across Italy and Spain—all while fulfilling my work responsibilities online, moving to a new city every few weeks.

Arushi Vaishnav is a trade economist at the International Trade Centre (ITC), where she applies her expertise in trade data analysis and analytical writing to advance global trade development, with a special focus on export potential and diversification studies. She has published several papers for the United Nations and the International Trade Centre. She also authors monthly ITC Trade Briefs, addressing current important topics, such as critical raw minerals, energy transition, and the expansion of BRICS, based on trade data. Her academic credentials include a Dual Master's degree in Economics and International Trade from the University of Nottingham and the University of Tuebingen.
