To conclude our series of webinars on the WTO E-commerce Moratorium on customs duties and Women, kindly supported by the Australian Mission to the WTO, our third and webinar turns its attention to Asia and the Pacific on Wednesday, 21 June, 08:00h CEST (Geneva); 11:30 IST (New Delhi); 13:00h WIB (Jakarta) & ICT (Bangkok); 16:00h AEST (Sydney).

A group of expert speakers will share their stories and experiences of women’s participation in e-commerce in Asia and the Pacific and what impact the WTO E-Commerce moratorium has had on women’s living standards, job opportunities, and business productivity in the region. Looking ahead to MC13 in February 2024, the webinar will also discuss how discontinuing the moratorium could impact women’s inclusion in the digital economy in Asia and the Pacific.
