Blog and Content

The TradeExperettes Editorial Board invites submissions for our blog and podcast series on an ongoing basis. We encourage a broad range of topics and perspectives on current issues in international trade and investment. If you have questions about whether your post would be suitable for the TradeExperettes blog, please reach out to us.

In addition to our regular blog, we also have a special series of blog posts dedicated to the COVID-19 crisis. Topics can include, but are not limited to the impact of the pandemic on: global value chains, trade restrictions, international cooperation, food security, regional or country-specific impacts, trade regulation and international institutions and trade agreements.

Blog posts should be approximately 800-1500 words in length, and submitted in MS Word format to editors@tradeexperettes.org. We encourage you to check out our blog guidelines in advance of sending us your content. 

The TradeExperettes also host a podcast, available on multiple platforms, including Spotify and Apple Podcasts. 

Blog Editors 

The TradeExperettes blog is overseen by a volunteer group of editors who are responsible for reviewing, editing, and posting all web material on the TradeExperettes website. Some posts may be reviewed by other subject-matter experts, as required.

Editorial Board

The Editorial Board comprises TradeExperettes that: provide advice on content and identify important topics to cover; solicit new content and attract submissions from a diverse field of female trade experts; serve as a team of potential expert reviewers; actively promote the blog and podcast. The Editorial Board meets throughout the year.
